DiSC Applications Library - What is it?

The Everything DiSC Applications Library from Inscape Publishing consists of three topic specific training
volumes. 

Each volume comes with a facilitator manual, participant handouts, and PowerPoints with video embedded right into the slides.  Best of all, it all comes on a USB travel drive.

Volume I - Everything DiSC Management Profile - Focuses on leaders in the organization.  Participants learn how to read the styles of the people they manage.   Managers learn to adapt to their styles and manage others more effectively.

Volume II -  Everything DiSC Sales - increases sales effectiveness using the power of DiSC.  Sales people improve their sales relationships by:

• Understanding their own DiSC Sales Style
• Identifying and Understanding their customer's DiSC Buying Style
• Adapting their DiSC Sales style to meet their customers needs.

Volume III - Everything DiSC Workplace - can be used with everyone in the organization, regardless of title or role, to improve th quality of the workplace.  Participants understand and appreciate the styles of the people they work with.  The result is more effective and productive working relationships - one person at at time.

In addition, Everything  DiSC Comparison Reports  are follow up reports that can be created for any two participants to illustrate their similarities and differences.  These  FREE REPORTS are available only from the Everything DiSC Applications Library.

The Everything DiSC Library profiles use the Circular DiSC Model.  

But you say . . . "I'm only familiar with the graph model." 

Not to worry!   

Transitioning from the graph to the circular model is very easy.  Both are valid, effective and relevant.
