"I have been focusing on team building for many years. Just recently, I used the management profile for an executive management team. As with DiSC Classic 2.0 online, one of the benefits of using the assessment is that each participant learns to understand themselves better, and then learns to understand others - this step alone builds the team.
Taking executive teams further through the process by using Everything DiSC Management allows them to see how effective they are as managers, but it also made it is easy to extrapolate the effectiveness of the team.
With a background in the DiSC system, many connections to the interactions of the group can be made. As you engage participants in the experiential activities of the DiSC Management Seminar, the more their preferred styles will show up and give you opportunities to talk about their personal effectiveness in flexing/adapting and the like.
One of the benefits of the DiSC Management Profile is that you are helping to create a management team that can rely on each other and use a common DiSC language. Participants were able give and receive feedback and achieve a high level of openness about managing each other.
